Upgrade Dell iDRAC9 Firmware & Troubleshooting Upgrade Failure

Upgrading Dell server iDRAC 9 to latest version supposes to be a simple job. I met a couple of issues, wrong exe file, extracting file failed during upgrade. This video is to show you those issues I met and how you can resolve them. My iDRAC version was 3.21.21.21 and in this video I upgraded it to 4.20.20.20. After iDRAC rebooted, you can upgrade to latest 4.22 version using EXE file.
