Enable IPv6 for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Assign it to CentOS Instance

There are quite a few steps to get IPv6 working on your Oracle Cloud environment. I really hope it can be much easier when I saw IPv6 was available. But it is not easy at all. This video shows how to enable IPv6 in your Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. It also shows how to assign an IPv6 address to your existing CentOS instance since it will not automatically fetch the assigned IPv6 address. But Ubuntu instance will get those assigned address automatically.
